Greetings

It has been a labor of love re-designing our Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge web site. With that being
said, I'd like to take a moment and explain some points about the direction of this web site as well as highlight
some of the new features for visitors:.

In this day, a major organization cannot be satisfied with simply having a web presence. In 2009 we must raise the
bar in terms of how we represent ourselves as a jurisdiction, meaning that our web presence should be more of a
tool for disseminating information that is relevant to our magnificent and loved fraternity as well as informing the
general public of our activities.

This web site will serve as a central hub for all relevant Prince Hall Grand Lodge news and information.

Some particular new features of this web site are as follows:
1. Current Grand Lodge News
2. Guestbook
3. Grand Lodge Calendar of Events Section
4. Photo Gallery
5. Prince Hall Mason Profile Section (highlights of notable Prince Hall Masons)
6. Links to other relevant Masonic web sites
7. Members only area

The above mentioned features are not all inclusive. We hope to also offer audio streaming, video streaming as well
as utilize voice and web conferencing capabilities. This can become very useful in an event a certain group and/or
committee has difficulty meeting physically, then they can meet virutally and accomplish the same goals. There
will be opporunities for 'Members of the Fraternity' to advertise their goods and services which, in turn, can create a
level of income stream for the Grand Lodge.

Technology, like it or hate it, is here. We are in the 21st century and as a pioneering organization such as Prince
Hall, we should be just as forward thinking in terms of how we can better implement technology within our
fraternity.
